Disappointing Coffee and Poor App Notification Ordered a Kopi C from Huggs, and unfortunately, the taste was very disappointing. The coffee was bland, watery and almost tasteless, with barely any coffee flavour. My colleagues tried it as well and shared the same feedback. To make matters worse, the app did not notify me when my coffee was ready or update the order status to completed. I had to wait without knowing that my drink was ready for collection. Overall, a disappointing experience in terms of both coffee quality and service. I expected much better from Huggs. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Other

I visited Huggs Coffee after my colleague recommended their Hot Kopi, which is made from Malaysian coffee beans. The taste was so good and rich that I ended up having it again for the next two days! The coffee had a strong yet smooth flavor, perfect to kickstart the day. The staff greets you warmly and serves with a genuine smile, which makes the experience even better. Overall, a great place for coffee lovers — 4 stars . Mere colleague ne mujhe Huggs Coffee ka Hot Kopi try karne ko bola, jo Malaysian coffee beans se bana hota hai. Taste itna achha laga ki maine next 2 din bhi wahi repeat kiya! Coffee ka flavor strong aur smooth tha — proper refreshing feel deta hai. Staff aapko smile ke saath greet karta hai aur serve bhi bahut politely karta hai. Overall coffee lovers ke liye achhi jagah hai — 4 stars .
