Situated on Level 7 of the Kerry Hotel in Hung Hom, the space trades traditional banquet glitz for a modern industrial-chic aesthetic. By day, the floor-to-ceiling windows flood the brick-and-metal dining room with natural light, offering diners a bright, unobstructed panorama of Victoria Harbour. The absolute highlight of the mid-day menu is the premium, masterfully executed dim sum collection crafted under Chef Ken Yu. Classic favourites are reimagined with luxurious twists, such as the Steamed Scallop and Shrimp Dumplings topped with sturgeon caviar, and the deeply savory Roasted Goose Puffs.
