I made a reservation for the time slot from 6:00-7:30pm and I was told that I cannot be served when I arrived at 6:20. I told them I can finish dinner by 7:30 and the restaurant staff kept saying their rule doesn’t serve guests arriving later than 5 minutes after the starting time of the reserved time slot. However, half of the seats were still available and their next reservation slot is from 7:30, which means those empty seats would probably still be empty until 7:30. It was not easy for me to carry a 2 years’ old kid all by myself. You can imagine how cold-blooded the restaurant staffs are. I cannot think of any reason why I cannot be seated. What kind of restaurant manager would make such a ridiculous rule and how stubborn their staff is. Plus, their attitude was super arrogant and haughty. This is no doubt the most unpleasant dining experience and I will never come again.
