We’re sorry to hear about the long wait you encountered for your hojicha latte, especially when you were just hoping for a quick takeaway drink.That afternoon was particularly busy for us and we were unfortunately short of manpower as one of our team members had been deployed to another outlet. As a result, there were quite a number of dine-in and takeaway orders already in the queue before yours, which contributed to the longer preparation time.We also understand there may have been some confusion around the queue. The line you joined was actually for dine-in guests, as takeaway orders are usually placed through our QR ordering system rather than a physical queue. There was also another family nearby waiting for takeaway orders, which may have added to the confusion about the order sequence. Regardless, we acknowledge that the waiting time felt excessive, and we are sorry that this was not communicated more clearly to you.Your feedback is very helpful.
