When I ordered the Chili Jjamppong, the staff asked if I was sure because it’s spicy, and offered to make it milder. I told them to keep it as it is. I honestly didn't think it would be on the level of 'Dijinda Tonkatsu' or 'SinGil-dong Spicy Jjamppong.' It’s spicy in a culinary, flavorful way—it didn't feel like they just dumped a ton of artificial capsaicin in it. I finished the whole bowl, but as I walked out, I suddenly had a syncopal episode. You know that feeling when you eat something super spicy, and you start sweating buckets and feel like you're about to pass out? Well, 'that guest' decided to pay me a visit despite the spice level being what it was. I think it’s finally time for me to retire from my 'spicy food pride' now that I'm over 50. As for the restaurant, the hygiene is similar to a typical local spot in Vietnam. For instance, when the table next to me asked for more pickled radish, the staff just grabbed some from the fridge with their bare hands. I’m sure their hands were clean, though. 1. 위생 솔직히 베트남 급임 -주방 상태보고 좀 경악 함 2. 단무지 상태가 -단무지가 왜 흐뮬 거림? 난생 처음 겪는 식감 3. 간짜장이 짜장에 양파섞은 것 -간짜장은 마른, 물 없는 춘장을 볶은 것이 기본 4. 탕수육 식감이 제각각 -어느것은 축축 어느것은 바삭, 균일하지 못한 텍스쳐 이븐하게 튀기지 못했어요 5. 그래도 간은 잘 하셔서 맛이 없다고 느끼진 않았음 아..그리고 먹고 장염걸림 ㅅㄱ Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
