Do be aware if you are not part of NUS, this place charges you an extra S$1.00 as a member of the public eating here. I can't see a difference in the food and portion served by paying this surcharge. My last visit to this place. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: Yes Dietary restrictions: Yes

Had my dinner at Hwang's and the dishes was amazing.. The staff named Soe is really warm and helpful.. Will visit again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
