I love 목살 (pork shoulder neck cut), so I was excited to try this place, but unfortunately it fell a bit short for me. Ordered plain and marinated. The plain meat was tougher and chewier than expected, while the marinated one was much more tender. The portion of the plain meat also felt quite small. I actually had to double check that it was meant to be two servings. The side dishes were also a little underwhelming, and I had to repeatedly ask for more lettuce and perilla leaves since only a couple were given at a time. That said, the staff were very polite throughout the meal. Glad I tried it, but personally I wouldn’t really recommend it.

The concept is really cool where they prepare the pork on a small charcoal grill on your table and the meat is amazing! The combo they recommended to me had a lot of interesting sauces and side dishes. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩40,000–50,000 Food: 5 Service: 5
