Had a great experience trying the traditional Mate that’s served in-store only. The brewer demonstrated how to make the tea and told the history of it which was really nice. You’ll have to drink the Yerba tea with their special straw called Bombilla in which you’ll be given the instruction not to stir or move it because the small leaves might get into the straw and block the tea. It’s a non-sweet tea (which is good) with a leafy taste. The tea aroma is strong and gives a mildly burnt scent.
