営業時間も信じられないぐらい短く名前も結構売られている店なんですが、正直に言って、サービスは悪いし、店は汚いし、味もまあまあ程度。星2.5ぐらいが適切な評価でしょう。

Hyodonggak is one of the top 4 jjajangmyeon restaurants in Seoul. Everything from ordering to self-service. Ordering is done at the kiosk, and when the food comes out, you take it yourself, and you have to clean up after yourself. Looking at the interior of the Hyodonggak main branch, I could feel the passage of time. It is amazing that the master has been making jjajangmyeon for so long in the same place with the same food. The jjajangmyeon sauce has large pieces of various vegetables, and the noodles are closer to kalguksu noodles than regular jjajangmyeon noodles. Hyodonggak jjajangmyeon is a little different from regular jjajangmyeon. It has a healthy taste with various vegetables rather than a strong taste of soybean paste and seasoning. The business hours are very short, from 11:50 AM to 2:30 PM from Tuesday to Saturday, but since the owner runs the store alone, the business hours are understandable.
