Surprise High-Quality Buffet Overall impression: Not the widest selection, but thoughtfully prepared with consistently high quality. ーーー Rating: ( 5/5) Visited with family to celebrate Father’s Day. It was quite crowded, but the seating was spacious and comfortable, so it didn’t feel cramped and the overall dining atmosphere was pleasant. While the variety of food isn’t particularly extensive, each dish shows clear attention to detail, and the overall quality exceeded expectations. The steak was a standout—unlike typical buffet steaks that tend to be dry, this one was tender, juicy, and rich in beef flavor. The bak kut teh was another highlight, with a deep, aromatic broth and well-balanced flavors. For seafood, the crab legs were replenished quickly, so there was little to no waiting, making the experience smooth throughout. Overall, despite the limited selection, the consistency and quality, along with the comfortable setting, make this a buffet worth returning to—and one that fully justifies a top rating.
