日本人の口コミです。 香港仕事で一人旅。 オーダーはQRで。決済はクレカor Apple Payなど現地のものも含めて色々。 クレカを選択したのだが何故か使えなかった… 店員さんに聞くのも億劫なのでそのまま出てきてしまった。 残念。 オクトパスをチャージしておけばよかったなー. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The restaurant keeps the same individual booth concept that makes Ichiran recognizable, with private seating areas that let you focus entirely on your meal. The ordering process is simple, and the whole experience feels efficient from start to finish. I ordered their classic tonkotsu ramen, and it delivered the same style of rich, creamy pork broth that Ichiran is known for. The soup had a deep flavor without feeling too heavy, and the customization options made it easy to adjust the richness, spice level, and noodle texture to my preference. The noodles paired well with the broth, and the toppings added enough balance to make the bowl feel complete. The biggest difference compared to visiting Ichiran in Japan is the price, which is noticeably higher in Hong Kong. While the value is not quite the same, the quality is still consistent and the ramen remains satisfying. It feels less like a must-try destination and more like a dependable option when you are craving a familiar bowl of ramen. The booth seating is part of what makes the visit unique, creating a quieter dining experience compared to a typical ramen shop. Service was quick, and the ordering system made everything straightforward. There can be a wait during busy periods, but the line moves fairly smoothly. Overall, ICHIRAN Causeway Bay is a solid choice for a comforting bowl of tonkotsu ramen in Hong Kong. It may cost more than the Japan locations, but the consistency, customization, and familiar flavor make it a reliable place to visit when you want a simple and satisfying ramen meal.
