餃子専門店だけど、ハンバーグが美味しいと噂らしく、物珍しくて息子と2人で入店。カウンターだけのお店。たまたま運良くすんなり入れましたが、次から次へと、待たれてました。やはり、人気なんですね！大也セットと桃のお酒を注文しました。待っている間、餃子のタレを作ってねって言われて、作って待っていると、もう少し味噌入れた方が美味しいよと、優しく教えてくれて、忙しい中でも気遣いいただいて、餃子もハンバーグもとても美味しかったです。コストパフォーマンスも良き！また伺いたいと思います。 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One becomes two, then five, then more, and this continues seamlessly. The skin has a subtle texture. It is crisp at the base and soft above, enclosing a sweet-tasting filling. The cabbage and pork are blended together lightly, with the garlic kept in check. The design is deliberate. It avoids monotony. The defining layer comes from the sauce. A miso base, softened with sweetness and depth, enhances the dumpling without overpowering it. Soy and vinegar are still an option, but the miso feels like the intended choice. It completes the structure in a way that feels local and specific. The space is compact, almost compressed. There is a counter, a few seats, and an intimacy that slows turnover but increases presence. There is little performance in the room. The focus stays on the plate. Not everything aligns perfectly. The atmosphere can feel uneven, and the service can be inconsistent. While the menu focuses on dumplings, it allows for slight variations that dilute the concept of strict specialisation.
