I called ics to order tingkat and asked if I can speak to someone who can speak in English. He replied all his staff are from china and no one knows English. I recall speaking to a young lady few years back for my mom and my mom said food was good. This wanted to order now due up my pregnancy. After he said he can't speak English, he asked if I'm "keling ah". Tat was a rude way to ask if I'm Indian. If this is the way you are going to do business, might as well don't do.

Food was horrible. Noodles were tasteless, fried yam is hard and can't taste the yam, only lots of flour. Fish was bad. Only the chicken is edible. Portion is so small. Totally embarrassed for using ICS from the feedback of the guests.
