Hopping among cafes in different cities for Americano hunting, having found this little around-the-corner coffee place facing intersecting traffic in HK subtly serving exceptional coffee in impressive selection of beans - speaking of which is its aroma. Intensely trying out on the varieties for days, from nutty to fruity, more to it being winey aromas, the extraction has been clean and precise in delivering the various taste notes. Bagels and scones are also game changers and they pair nicely with coffee. Tried their flat white which was equally good, despite me not being a latte person - that’s made latte art simply an add-on for myself it’s cute though. A visit definitely recommended.
