【Marriottグループカテゴリー最高峰五つ星ホテルSt.Regis内にあるMichelin一つ星スイス料理+タイスパイスなコースを堪能】五つ星ホテル強化期間の再開。ラチャダムリにあるセントレジスへ。ホテルに入った途端のあの香りがたまりませんね。今回のレストランはIGNIVへ。ランチということで4コースをチョイス。アラカルトメニューから好きなものを4つ選んで良いとのこと。大抵はスターター1、メイン2、デザート1みたいなイメージをされると思いますが例えばメイン4、デザート4とかでも良いとのことで驚きました。アラカルトには価格も記載されていますが高いメニューばかり選ぶのもありと何だか迷ってしまいますね。今回はスタッフさんのおすすめに従いました。まずは乾杯のビールから。. Khun Phaen Plai Kaew - Pale Ale を注文。タイのビールで苦味があり料理に合いました。 Snacksは高級な食材がしっかり使われているのがわかりますね。 Snacks • Lotus Stem - Khon Kaen Pepper • Foie Gras - Domino • Seabass - Sourdough • Beignet - Caviar 熱々のパンにバターを付けて食べるのですがこれまた上質。せっかくなのでお代わりしました。 4皿はこちらをチョイス。見栄えもよく美味しく頂きました。 Hamachi - Beetroot - Ponzu. Arctic Char - Carrot - Kalamansi. Wagyu - Celeriac - Truffle. Strawberry - Milchreis 最後に入り口付近にあったワゴンから小菓子をテイクアウト。例えばアラカルトでお茶頼んだら店内で食べたりとか出来たのかテイクアウトのみなのかはよく分かりませんでした。これまたどれも美味い。次はディナーで訪問予定です。. @aDJinZurich celebrates an anniversary 12.06.2026 and what better way to celebrate than at IGNIV Bangkok by Mr. Andreas Caminada. Having enjoyed IGNIV Zurich twice, it only felt right to experience its Bangkok sibling for such a special occasion. Same sharing concept, same spirit of surprise yet with its own beautiful Thai personality. As always, our journey began with an aperitif and my Negroni immediately reminded me why I keep searching for the perfect one. Smooth, balanced and unforgettable. It now proudly sits at No. 3 (apologies ZOE) on my Top 10 Negroni List. Then came four incredible snacks: Cornetto • Mango • Tamarind (my favourite) Mackerel • Lime • Kataifi Green Papaya • Dried Shrimp • Espelette Carrot • Kimchi • Coriander The starters continued the momentum, with the Oxtail • Brioche • Onion stealing the show. The mains showcased IGNIV’s signature elegance: Gnocchi • Pea • Herbs Chicken • Wild Garlic • BBQ Asparagus • Mustard • Chive Dessert? We couldn’t choose, so we had both. Fig • Caramel • Coffee and Strawberry • Rose. But the surprises weren’t over. An off-menu Chocolate Soufflé arrived, followed by a beautiful anniversary cake. Yes sugar overload, but the best kind of overload. And finally my favourite IGNIV tradition. The Candy Store. Like a little kid in a sweet shop, I happily filled my takeaway box with handcrafted chocolates, fruit jellies, chocolate-coated nuts, madeleines, canelés and panforte. Some restaurants serve dinner.
