I had an amazing stay at Hotel IKON Phuket and would definitely come back! From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. A special thank you to Dada, Henry, and Farah for their exceptional hospitality. Every staff member I met was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, and the staff even helped me with my luggage and showed me to my room, which made a wonderful first impression. I booked an Ocean Room, and it was absolutely worth it. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The bed was soft and cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I also loved that the Smart TV included Netflix and other streaming apps, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring Phuket. The hotel offers excellent value for money. Although I didn't have the chance to try the breakfast or use the shuttle service to Karon Beach, I really appreciated that both options were available for guests. The only small issue I noticed was the shower temperature. The hot water occasionally became extremely hot for a second or two before returning to a normal temperature. It wasn't a major problem, but it's something the hotel could improve. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel IKON Phuket to everyone—solo travelers, couples, families, and even digital nomads. The location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable, the service is outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you again to Dada, Henry, Farah, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I can't wait to come back! Service: 5

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel IKON Phuket in the IKON Ocean Premier Room. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. I loved the beautiful ocean view from the balcony, especially during sunrise and sunset. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel was peaceful, well-maintained, and offered great value for money. I highly recommend Hotel IKON Phuket to anyone visiting Phuket, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the excellent hospitality! Service: 5

I had a wonderful stay at Ikon Hotel. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything exceeded my expectation from the facilities to the overall atmosphere.
