品の良いインドフュージョン。環境もサービスも料理のテイストと同じように高いクオリティー。ミシュラン獲得後の初めての訪問。メニューは面白くバージョンアップ。マサラからアジアをテーマにした幅広いものになっていた。エビやカニのマサラと鱈のメインはとても芳醇で心を和ませてくれた。うなぎは少しびっくりした。落ち着いた大人の雰囲気なので、家族や仲の良い友人と訪れると食の記憶が思い出になる。. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿1,000+

First of all, I have to say that the food and presentation were very well executed. The flavors were well-balanced and delicious, allowing the quality of the ingredients to really shine through. However, I was a little disappointed that there was still an additional charge to have lamb as the main course. That being said, aside from the food and presentation, I would especially like to compliment the service team for their professionalism. In particular, Jay gave us excellent wine recommendations that suited our preferences perfectly. Mon and Champion, as well as another staff member whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, also provided truly impressive service. What stood out the most was how attentive and perceptive the team was. They were very good at reading their guests’ body language and knowing when to approach and when to give us space, which made the service feel effortless, thoughtful, and genuinely impressive. We're happy to read that the food, presentation, and our service in particular left such a positive impression.Regarding the lamb, our tasting journey features a premium free-range baby chicken from Maison Peyrinet in France as the main course protein, with French Pyrenees baby lamb available as an optional upgrade due to its higher sourcing cost. We take great pride in the quality of every ingredient on our menu, from Swedish smoked eel and Icelandic langoustine to Hokkaido king crab, Glacier 51 toothfish from the sub-Antarctic, Iberico pork from Spain, black Niigata maitake mushrooms, Japanese asparagus from Hokkaido, and morels from Kashmir. Offering the best possible value to our guests while maintaining this standard is something we work very hard at.Thank you again for sharing your experience. 2 Michelin stars but really is closer to 3. I had a phenomenal experience at INDDEE. Every dish tasted amazing and the thought and love that had gone into each plate was very obvious. I enjoyed a 4-glass wine pairing which matched perfectly with the food. What stood out equally as much as the food was the presentation and explanation of this young chef pictured in my review. She was sensationally knowledgable and passionate about the food being presented and I enjoyed recounting some of my own food experiences in India with her, which led to a few questions I had about the dishes which she answered brilliantly and really how good she was at her job put the cherry on the cake for my experience overall.
