Now one of my fav spots in Prachaup - GREAT COFFEE, all day western style breakfast & local dishes, good prices & fresh taste (cooked to order). Owner Khun Ae (Indy) speaks English well & is very welcoming - she makes a HOT & smooth cappuccino! We’ll def come back and try more dishes for lunch. They open most days of the week (closed only for holidays or family obligations). 730AM-5pm. Another update - we stayed at the stylish O-Bay hotel just a few doors away, so we ate here about 4-5x in the last 4 days. Just had late breakfast & also ordered 2 basil chicken rice orders to go for the train ride back to BKK later. Love how she makes it here, very lil oil /not greasy at all, way better than what you’ll get on the train. Update - we came back for lunch & ordered 4 dishes. All were delicious & cooked as we requested - less oil, less spicy! Surprisingly good was the shrimp apple spicy salad (ordered it less spicy was perfect) - so refreshing, crispy green apple slices in a nice fish sauce base dressing, balanced with lime and coconut sugar! We def would get it again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We had some very good food here. They can make vegetarian or vegan versions of several items on the menu. I can recommend the fried rice with salty olives, which they made with smoked tofu (they call it 'black tofu') instead of meat. It was very tasty. And the fruit salad with loads of freshly cut fruits in spicy dressing was also excellent. Highly recommended.
