I am so glad that I saw the little sign for INSTEAD in a nondescript side alley in Itaewon. I was looking for a nice classy restaurant, and INSTEAD well and truly delivered. The food was amazing, the staff were super inviting and hospitable and the vibe was top tier. I tried the oysters, cheese platter, scallops and truffle pappardelle. Each dish got better and better and I don’t think I will be able to enjoy a truffle pasta as much as this one ever again. Oysters were so great even though I’m not usually a fan of oysters! They were really fresh and the dressing had a unique taste. I will definitely be back if I’m in Itaewon in the future Thanks to the team at INSTEAD for a world class dining experience, I can’t thank you enough! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Heaps of options for vegetarians and vegan options too. Dietary restrictions: I don’t eat beef or pork.
