Having seen Airport Core Programme Exhibition Centre, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. If you look through the guests' comments, the staff is attentive at IPPON SUSHI (Causeway Bay). Fast service is something visitors like here. When inside, the atmosphere is pretty. This place has got Google 4.9 according to the guests' opinions.

Japanese-owned casual sushi restaurant offering very authentic sushi at very reasonable prices. Owner represented Japan in Judo in the Olympics when he was young. I had the set for lunch and it was delicious. A fresh sesame salad was included but I was too hungry and ate that before the photo. The refreshing iced oolong tea or black coffee are included. I have frequented their North Point location in the past so it's so good to see them open in Causeway Bay too in a proper restaurant format. From Times Square, it's just a short 3 min walk thru the wet market or the street parallel to it. The shop is actually facing the start of Wanchai Road. Unfortunately the shop is easy to miss because of its very subdued Japanese design and color scheme. Just use Google Maps. It's well worth the short walk over since the sushi beats everything else in Hong Kong for this price point. Venue is bright and design / materials feels like a restaurant in Japan. Japanese owners are there serving customers during dinner times. This is also where the local Japanese community in HK eat so it feels like you're in Japan. If you want real Japanese sushi in HK at Japanese prices, then Ippon is a sure bet. Please note that this is a casual restaurant and not a place you get omakase. And it is an great place as a casual sushi reataurant. 美味しかったです！ごちそうさまでした。また来ます！. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $100–150
