Like the broth . Was light yet flavorful , wished the Char Siew had abit more charred taste to it though. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $30–40

I would like to personally commend Yao An and the culinary team at iPPUDO for an outstanding display of hospitality during my visit on 7 April at 7:30 PM. While waiting for my guest to arrive, I pre-ordered a set meal for two. The food was served promptly at 7:40 PM, but due to an unforeseen delay, my friend only arrived 90 minutes later. Without being prompted, Yao An noticed the situation and took the initiative—coordinating with the kitchen staff to offer a full reheat of our meals. This level of observant and attentive service is increasingly rare in the Singapore F&B industry. Yao An’s ability to "catch the details" and provide a solution before I even asked is a testament to the high service standards at iPPUDO. I am extremely grateful for this experience and will definitely be returning. Great job, Yao An and the team!
