コンパクトなサイズのお店なので、がやがやせず落ち着いて食事ができます。 イタリアンですが日本の食材やお出汁を使っているのでどのメニューも驚きや発見があり楽しめると思います。 サービスもホスピタリティがあり気持ちよく過ごせるお店です。 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

（5.0） 【西麻布】 ※お子様のご利用はできません 以前からずっと伺いたいと思っていた「ISSEI YUASA」へ 期待を胸に訪れましたが、その期待をさらに上回る、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。 コースは一皿目から最後まで丁寧に構成されていて、お料理が運ばれてくるたびに「次はどんな一皿だろう」と自然と期待が高まります️ 盛り付けや彩りはもちろん、器との組み合わせや余白の美しさまで計算されていて、一皿一皿がまるでアート作品のようでした もちろん見た目だけではなく、お味も素晴らしく、旬の食材を生かしたお料理はどれも繊細で印象的です コース全体の流れにも緩急があり、最後まで飽きることなく、心から食事を楽しむことができました。 特に感動したのは、お料理を提供してくださるタイミングです 一皿を食べ終える頃を見計らい、自然な流れで次のお料理が運ばれてくるため、待たされることも、急かされることもありません。 その心地よいテンポのおかげで、お料理だけでなく、その場の時間までも贅沢に味わうことができました スタッフの皆さまのサービスもとても洗練されていて、お料理の説明や距離感、細やかな気配りまで終始心地よく、居心地の良い時間を過ごすことができました 店内は落ち着いた大人の空間で、記念日やお祝い、大切な方との特別な食事にぴったりのお店です 料理・サービス・空間、そのすべてのバランスが素晴らしく、「また伺いたい」と心から思えるレストランでした イタリアンがお好きな方はもちろん、美しい一皿一皿をゆっくり味わいたい方にも、自信を持っておすすめしたい素敵なお店です (5.0) Nishiazabu Please note: This restaurant does not allow children. I had been looking forward to dining at ISSEI YUASA for quite some time, and it exceeded every expectation I had. From the very first course to the last, every dish was thoughtfully composed, making me excited to see what would arrive next. ️ Each plate was beautifully presented, with incredible attention to color, plating, and the harmony between the food and the tableware. Every course felt like a work of art. The presentation was stunning, but more importantly, the flavors were exceptional. Each dish highlighted seasonal ingredients with remarkable precision, creating an elegant and memorable dining experience. The progression of the tasting course was perfectly balanced, keeping each course fresh and exciting until the very end. One detail that impressed me most was the impeccable timing of the service. As soon as we finished one course, the next arrived naturally—never too quickly and never leaving us waiting. The pacing allowed us to fully appreciate not only the food itself but also the luxury of taking our time and enjoying the entire dining experience. The staff provided refined yet warm hospitality throughout the evening. Their explanations of each dish, attentive service, and perfect sense of timing made us feel comfortable from beginning to end. The restaurant has a calm and sophisticated atmosphere, making it an ideal place for anniversaries, celebrations, or an elegant dinner with someone special.
