Absolutely wonderful cafe coffee shop , delicious cacao with honey on ice and matcha almond milk on ice but please I travel the world and every where I go I want to protect the planet, Thailand has to also love its nature and people, please start to use eco friendly packaging no more PLASTIC, Ivory & Indigo you have the perfect place to start to use paper straws biodegradable ice cups paper bags everything biodegradable. What a disappointment. The coffee and food are very good, but across several visits I repeatedly encountered unfriendly service from one barista at the counter: a hard tone, dismissive attitude, and belittling corrections of how customers place their orders. This microaggressive behaviour occurred on several occasions while this staff member was on duty. The third time it happened, I mirrored her behaviour so she could understand more precisely how she was making customers feel. I reported this incident through the café’s official Line account and received no response, which comes across as textbook gaslighting following bullying. It suggests a level of responsibility and professionalism far below what I expect from a service business. It is a shame that such a beautiful café, with good coffee and atmosphere, fails at basic ethics in how it treats customers and allows this behaviour to continue. I no longer feel comfortable there, nor do I find it worth returning. It feels like a classic small-town establishment that assumes it can do no wrong simply because it is one of the few in the area.
