이안정 was truly amazing! I anticipated about 10 dishes, but to my surprise, we were served around 20 dishes. It's worth noting that it's best to visit on a Sunday because the chef tends to be more generous, as he mentioned that unused food goes to waste otherwise. Each dish showcased a unique texture and flavor, but what stood out to me the most was the incredible flavor of the rice. My favorites were the mackerel roll and the tuna roll. One thing I wished for was more detailed explanations of each dish from the chef, including recommendations for condiments. Additionally, it's mandatory for each person to order sake, regardless of whether they plan to drink it or not. Overall, considering the price, the experience at 이안정 was undoubtedly worthwhile, and I would definitely return for another visit.
