京都でホルモンを食べるなら間違いなくまた来たいと思えるお店でした。 店内に入った瞬間から、香ばしい煙と活気のある空気に包まれて、一気に食欲が爆発します。カウンター中心の空間ですが居心地が良く、赤い暖簾や壁のイラストも雰囲気抜群で、昔ながらの焼肉屋の良さとおしゃれさが絶妙に混ざっていました。 注文したタンは厚みがありながら驚くほど柔らかく、噛むたびに旨みが広がります。炭火で焼くと脂がジュワッと落ちて香りが最高でした。ホルモンも新鮮そのもので、ぷりぷり食感と脂の甘さがたまりません。特にシマチョウ系は火が入ると香ばしく、噛むほどに旨みが出てきて感動しました。 刺し系も臭みが全くなく、素材の良さが伝わってきます。薬味との相性も抜群で、お酒が止まりません。タレも辛味噌系・あっさり系どちらも美味しく、肉の種類によって使い分ける楽しさがありました。 焼いている途中に炎が上がる瞬間までエンタメ感があって最高。煙、音、香り、肉の脂、全部が“焼肉食べてる感”を全力で楽しませてくれるお店です。 スタッフさんの接客も気持ちよく、料理を出すタイミングや声掛けも丁寧でした。 「今日は美味い肉を食べたい」という日に全力でおすすめしたい一軒。 また絶対行きます。ごちそうさまでした！ 【English｜】 This was easily one of the best hormone and yakiniku experiences I’ve had in Kyoto. From the moment I walked in, the smoky aroma from the grill and the lively atmosphere instantly made me hungry. The interior had a stylish yet nostalgic vibe, with red curtains and unique wall art creating a really cool setting. The beef tongue was incredibly tender with rich flavor in every bite. Once grilled over charcoal, the aroma became even better. The hormone cuts were extremely fresh, juicy, and full of flavor. The texture was perfect — crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth inside. The raw-style dishes were also impressive with absolutely no unpleasant smell, showing the quality and freshness of the meat. The condiments and sauces paired perfectly with everything, especially the spicy sauce which went amazingly well with the grilled meat. One of the best parts was watching the flames rise from the grill while cooking fatty cuts — it made the whole experience exciting and authentic. The sound, smoke, sizzling fat, and smell created the perfect yakiniku atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service felt warm and welcoming throughout the meal. If you’re looking for incredible yakiniku and hormone in Kyoto, this place is absolutely worth visiting. I’ll definitely come back again! コスパ良いです。どれもとても丁寧に調理されているのを感じます。お店の裏にコインパーキングがあり、申告したら会計から駐車代を差し引いてもらえました。アルコールを飲まないなら気軽に車で行けます。 Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

開店前に足早に店の前の道を歩いていた若い男性が持っていた火のついたタバコを足で踏み潰し、店の中へ。出勤時の店員さんなのでしょうが、マナーの悪さに驚きました。個人的には思い出もある店だったのでとても残念です。 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
