Ideaology is one of the only third-wave coffee shops in Hong Hom, possibly the only one. The bean selection is excellent, and the team genuinely knows their craft without making you feel like a tourist for asking questions. The space is small. But, what ends up in the cup is anything but - complex, layered, and clearly made with care. If you're after a more elevated coffee experience in this neighborhood of Kowloon, you'd be hard-pressed to find better. Meal type: Other Price per person: HK$50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
