日本のラーメン風の韓国ラーメン 開店してまもなくキオスクで注文後、30分過ぎた頃にラーメン出てきました トッピングしてあるネギとモヤシまでバーナーで焦げています 炙りがすごく好きな人には良いかも 私はラーメンでこんなに待たせられたのが初めてで驚きましたが、食べる時間も含めて１時間ぐらい見ておいたら良いかもしれません. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch

At first, the wait felt long and I was a bit disappointed. The table next to me had already finished and left, but my food only came much later. But the moment I took the first bite, all that frustration just melted away. The broth was perfectly seasoned—I wanted to drink every last drop. The meat was sweetly marinated, and I couldn’t stop reaching for it with my chopsticks. It had a light, sugar-kissed flavor, but when combined with the broth, it never felt heavy or overwhelming. The soft noodles with crunchy bean sprouts made every bite fun, and the generous portion of rice let me enjoy the meal to the fullest. The lightly torched egg, in particular, had a nutty aroma and flavor that stuck with me. I never expected that bowl to be so satisfying after the wait. It was a taste that made me happy without having to go all the way to Japan. I can confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious meal.
