When we arrived, there was no staff at the reception desk and we had to call someone. The bellboy carried our luggage from the reception to the room, which was only about 2 meters away, and complained within our hearing that we didn’t give a tip. If you weren’t willing to carry it, why should I tip you? Inside the room, there were no hand towels, only bath towels. The bath towels smelled musty, and the pillows also had a musty odor. I’m not sure if they had been properly washed because they smelled used. Even though they looked clean, there was a sweat smell. The room is quite old. However, the beach is beautiful. Service: 2
