I had a deeply disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite arriving alone and being seated promptly, I ended up waiting nearly two hours for my food and I didn’t even get the food. I politely inquired multiple times about the status of my order, but the staff seemed visibly irritated each time, offering no clear explanation or apology. The overall impression I got was that customer service is not a priority here—profit appears to come before hospitality. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to others.
