All the dishes were overly sweet. The dipping sauces were also very sweet, especially the sauce for shrimp in fish sauce. Deep fried snake head fish eat couple with mixed vegetable Sour Curry Soup wasn’t hot, the portion was small, and the taste was extremely sweet. The fried chicken wings with fish sauce were over-fried and too dry. The crispy salad was also excessively sweet, and the dressing was not good at all. Overall, every dish was sweet. In addition, the floor was dirty and seemed not to have been cleaned properly, with a lot of tissue paper scattered all over the floor. Service 10/10 Food 9/10 Ambience 5/10 Price 10/10 True local joint with warm hospitality, Im-Pla-Phao’s winning dish - seafood curry in coconut is worth the travel. All dishes were seasoned on point and I had the Curry Crab egg stir fry (no photo), total of four seafood dishes amounted to THB 902 for 2 pax. The Woon Sen was alright but could be better. If you’re looking for no frills local seafood dinner this is your place. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿900–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
