Overall Rating:. I visited IMA Coffee for brunch and ordered the Matcha Green Tea, Iced Black, and the Earl Grey Basque Cheesecake. While the experience was pleasant overall, the offerings were ultimately unmemorable. The Experience • Food & Drink: Everything served was "normal." The coffee and matcha were standard cafe quality, and while the Earl Grey Basque Cheesecake was decent, it lacked a standout flavor profile or the unique texture needed to make it a signature dish. • Atmosphere: This is where the cafe truly shines. It is a remarkably cozy and comfortable space. The environment is well-suited for relaxing or spending a quiet afternoon. The Verdict. If you are looking for a "wow" culinary experience or a destination-worthy cheesecake, this might not be it. However, if you are looking for a quiet, comfortable spot to sit and decompress, it’s a very solid choice. A great place for the vibes, even if the menu is quite standard. I thought the cafe was really cute. Latte was good, hojicha basque cheesecake was amazing while pistachio terrine was quite good (but I didn’t like it as much). There’s a dining time limit of 90 minutes and no laptops are allowed, making it a good weekend hangout spot with friends. Meal type: Other Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
