ここで有名なのは、リークアンユー元首相が体調を崩されていた時に食されていたというブッダスープです。Buddha jumps over the wall。SGD52ですが、薬膳スープなので体調悪い時にはオススメできます。それ以外の中華料理も美味しいです。満足できるレストランです。なお、店内は寒いので上着は忘れない方が良いです。

A friend recommended Imperial Restaurant to us after visiting twice, so we decided to hold our dinner gathering there. For convenience, we chose the set menu for family of 5 instead of ordering à la carte. They offered Sets A, B and C and we initially planned to order all three sets so that we could try a wider variety of dishes. However, the supervisor or manager advised that three sets would be too much for our group of 10 and suggested ordering only 2. My friend also wanted to order individual soups, but he explained that the two set menu already included two different types of soup. We followed his recommendation and ordered Set A & C & were very pleased with our decision. The food was delicious, and the portions were very generous. Although each set was meant for 5 persons, the 2 sets were more than enough for all 10 of us. We also noticed that they had thoughtfully increased the portions to accommodate our group. The service was excellent. The manager and staff were friendly, cheerful and jovial, even joking with us throughout the evening. Their warm hospitality made the entire dinner gathering especially enjoyable. We had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely return again.
