Ordered butter chicken and rice and two types of bread it arrived freezing Cold with no rice and small piece of chicken, customer service took them 25 mins to call me back after a couple of calls and a WhatsApp message , I would strongly avoid this place Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1

Horrendous service from a four star hotel. Would not have expected such service from the Ramada brand chain of hotels. Went to their restaurant at 2.10pm, there was not a single person around except for us. We ordered the Japanese Bento Set, a relatively simple meal and was promised by the waiter that it would only take 15 minutes. Checked in with the waiter at 2.30pm, and he went to the kitchen to check, said it would be done soon. Waited till 2.45pm, and food was still not ready. When we wanted to leave the manager then finally went into the kitchen to check, and said that the food was almost ready. Kitchen staff is subpar and Ramada should either have a better training for them or have a more stringent hiring process. Absolutely shambolic standards that should not be seen in a four star hotel's own brand restaurant. Service staff making false promises to drag customers on is also a point for concern. Overall disappointed with the useless (for lack of a simpler, more concise word) staff at the cafe. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
