Partner and I came right around 9 pm last Saturday night, the closing time being 10 pm. The place looked very big from the outside and had a very warm lighting as we approached the front. We were greeted rather coldly, as if they were annoyed to serve us. The interior was large and the vibe was relaxing, with only a few customers. Our waiter rushed us to order quickly, which we understood given the closing time. We ordered a chicken biryani, lamb curry and chicken tandoori with some naan. The chicken tandoori was tasty and had a good portion size, but the rest was just alright; to me, it wasn’t worth the price. Around 9:40, the waiter gave us boxes to pack up our food, eager to get us to leave by 10. This left a sour taste in our mouth, we expected to stay longer to enjoy our food. I would have been alright if they communicated this to us from the beginning, we expected to eat till 10 atleast. Little disappointed by the service for the price being paid. It was very hard to find some vegetarian food options and this place came as a savior. Very nice interior and beautiful relaxing garden. Food is at costlier range and a little bit different from indian taste but I liked it. Gulab jamun was different but very tasty. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₩60,000–70,000

Jeju Indian kitchen restaurant offers a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere, enhanced by serene gardens that make it a memorable place to visit. However, the food doesn’t quite live up to the setting. The curries all seem to share a similar base that’s overly sour and lacking in salt, which could be easily improved with a more balanced blend of spices. The service is quick, but that’s likely because the food appears to be pre-made rather than freshly prepared, masala tea was cold. Overall, the ambience and surroundings make it worth a visit, but there’s room for improvement in the taste and freshness of the dishes.
