Had breakfast here during my hotel stay and honestly didn’t expect it to be this enjoyable. The atmosphere at IndoChine Waterfront Restaurant in the morning is something special — peaceful waterfront views, relaxing breeze, and a very comfortable setup to start the day. It gives a nice balance between a classy dining environment and a laid-back holiday feeling. The breakfast spread was better than expected as well. Good variety across both local and western selections, and everything I tried tasted fresh and properly prepared. The eggs station was great, pastries were surprisingly good, and the local items had authentic flavour instead of tasting like “hotel buffet standard”. Coffee was consistently nice too, which is something many places still get wrong. What stood out most was the service. Staff were attentive without being overly intrusive, always quick to clear plates and greet guests warmly. Even during busier timing, the overall experience still felt smooth and organised. You can tell the team here pays attention to details and guest experience. The location itself is probably one of the strongest points. Sitting by the waterfront while having breakfast creates a very relaxing vibe that’s hard to rush through. Ended up staying much longer than planned just enjoying the scenery and ambience. Definitely one of the more memorable hotel breakfast experiences I’ve had in Singapore. Would gladly come back again even outside of a hotel stay.
