情報の誤りを報告する
So my mum came to Indonesian Express at Kampung Admiralty, and she ordered 1x Ayam Gulai and 1x Ayam Penyet. She told the staff that it was a take away and requested that the gravy in Ayam Gulai to be pack separately from the rice so that the rice won't absorb the gravy too much as it is a take-away. (Reasonable request right?)
But your staff rejected the request saying that it is not in company policy to separate the gravy from the rice? (Please review your policy)
Okay. Fine.
The staff proceed to tell my mum (very rudely) that if you don't like the policy, do not buy from us. If you're not happy about this, go and make a complaint. (There goes your business.) The staff proceed to say "just complain la, orang tahu mulut aku jahat (sic)"
I can't imagine how many times the staff have said that to other customers but the person seems to be so 'natural' in chasing the customers away.
There seems to be a silver lining though, as one of your other staff, proceed to apologise to my mum and have the dish pack separately.
Can I just know what is the policy on this? Is the request seems unreasonable? Do you care about customer service? What am I missing here??
We really like your food, and I hope you will take my complaint seriously.

Was at pasir ris central food ctr. Ordered sotong bakar (grilled squid) and garoupa penyet! Both were cooked to order.....piping hot and seafood was fresh! Sambal was more of a belachan style but definitely had a bite. Grilled items were doused/based in A delicious kicap/soya sauce.
wow.....just WOW!
P.s. pls be more flexible when request for small bowl of clear soup when we ordered 2premium sets? Idea to also include a family platter of mixed seafood of either grilled or penyet items!
