Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani 北インド料理を中心としたミシュランガイド掲載のレストラン。 ビリヤニは3種類ありパッキ式で丁寧にダムして提供されます。 ハイデラバーディを頼んでみましたが香り、塩加減、水加減が理想的で 個人的には今まで食べた中でも最高レベルのダムビリヤニでした。

個室はないですが、テーブルの間隔が広くて開放的です。料理はどれも上品な味付けで大変美味しいです。ナンも日本にあるようなフワフワした物で、本場のインドのものとは少し違う感じもしますが、好みです。日本の方に非常に合うと思います。スタッフも礼儀正しく非常に丁寧です。おすすめします。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is my second time at indus and my first visit was 2 days back. This restaurant truly deserves its michelin star and awards. From the presentation to the taste, the atmosphere you name it— 10/10. Today I had a get together with family and we ordered multiple dishes. My favourite among them (one I tried both times) is the laal maas. The mutton is tender, spicy and just feels like home. It closely reminded me of my grandmother’s mutton curry and I was hit with a wave of nostalgia when I had it. I could say the same for the mutton biryani, each grain of basmati was cooked to perfection and the taste was just as good as it looked. We also ordered prawn and fish tikka for starters both equally delicious. The staff here were really attentive and were quick to what the guests required/wanted. A huge thank you to Sony who welcomed us with a warm smile and served us food gave us his recommendations and made sure our dinner was perfect. We had gulab jamun for dessert and it is sweet, warm and just nice! The perfect dessert option, I recommend everyone to try. This place is hands down the best Indian restaurant I have been to in bangkok, and I will definitely miss it when I depart from here.
