I found a great hostel place near khao san road. The place is very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly. It looks small from the outside but it’s bigger in the inside. The room is very comfortable and quiet. They have pool table to entertain and walking distance to khao san road. I definitely will come back and recommend this place to whoever wants to stay at Bangkok near the city and khao san Road . Service: 5

The location is the only real advantage. The price is too high for what the room offers, and I would not consider it good value for money. The room did not even match the photos. The listing showed rooms with a TV, but there was no TV in my room. When I asked the reception about it, I was simply told that none of the rooms actually have televisions and that they could not help. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the room did not meet my expectations and the hotel did not deliver what was advertised. Service: 1

A Chill Spot in the Heart of Khaosan I recently stayed at InnDeSea Poshtel in Khaosan, and first impressions were excellent. The location is super convenient—right in the heart of the action but easy to find thanks to clear signage. The design caught my eye immediately: a cute island beach resort vibe with a spacious common area that makes you want to lounge around. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and check-in was smooth. The common area is huge, offering space to relax, work, or meet people. Power outlets and workstations are plentiful, and there’s a kitchen with drinking water. A café/bar onsite adds a nice touch for solo travelers, though the large space doesn’t naturally encourage socializing, and air conditioning doesn’t cover the entire area perfectly. I stayed in a mixed dorm (they try to separate male and female guests), and the beds were superb—comfortable sheets, pillows, blankets, reading lights, privacy curtains, and generous head clearance. Storage is impressive, with big lockers inside the room and dedicated shoe lockers outside. Each bunk has hangers, plus a nearby power outlet. Minor quibble: bedroom doors are a bit loud. Bathrooms were clean, well-stocked, and spacious, with separate wet and dry zones, stools, hangers, consistent hot water, and practical vanity areas. However, the toilet flushing system could use some improvement. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable throughout, and key card access plus 24-hour reception made me feel safe. The hostel is well-maintained, with convenient check-in (2 pm) and checkout (noon). Pricing is reasonable, with a 200-baht deposit required. Overall, I loved the friendly staff, peaceful sleep, and comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Digital nomads, solo travelers, couples, and backpackers will all enjoy InnDeSea Poshtel—a chill, convenient base in the heart of Khaosan.
