If you arrive early and time your visit well, you should be able to find a table without having to wait. It may have been easier for us because there were only two people in our group. Once ordered, every dish arrived within three minutes, so I would recommend waiting until everyone in your party has arrived before placing the order. The food was surprisingly satisfying in both taste and portion size. However, even though we ordered the dishes as though they were a course meal, everything came out at once, which made the meal feel rushed and somehow less filling than it should have been. I understand that the kitchen is a hot environment and that stray hairs can be difficult to avoid completely without taking rather extreme measures, but it would still be better for the chef to wear a head covering.
