This was the best pour over I’ve ever had in my life. The barista delivered every note of the bean to perfection, insanely strong earl grey nose and beautiful finish. Not just a coffee shop but a divine interpretation of sensory excellence, a paragon of the daily ritual, a melange of artistry and delivery. Well roasted beans. I had the cold brew Ethiopian- natural processed beans and it got nice winery & fruity taste, perfect for a hot summer. Cozy and cute ambience, despite the shop is rather small. The other beans smells nice too. Will definitely return to try other beans in the future. Price per person: HK$1–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
