2026.5.24日！️仲間の皆様と来店！前回、相模原店で、ぬるい狭い(笑)の投稿しましたが確かに、こちらも狭かったが、(笑)たまたま横に人居なかったので、ゆっくり食べれました若いお兄さんも愛想良く、大変美味しく頂きました(笑). Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

There is English under Japanese. お腹が減って福生方面に行ったので、久々に壱発ラーメンに突撃してきました(・∀・) 夜の22時くらいだったんですが、ほぼ満席でした 運良く列ばずに食べられましたよ(o^^o) 入ってすぐにある券売機で、食券を買います 悩んだ結果、券売機の1番左上にある、ネギとろチャーシューメン醤油(¥1,200)にしました(°°) 食券を渡して、到着を楽しみに待ちます(°°) 目の前がキッチンなので、作ってる過程をずーっと見ていても飽きません(о´∀`о) 微笑ましく拝見しておりました。笑 そして、自席にどんぶりが運ばれてきます 店員さんが「どんぶりに咲いた一輪の花、チャーシュー満開です( ´∀｀)」という、お決まりの言葉に大興奮(*≧∀≦*) 最高ですね() まずは、スープを一口飲みます… いやー、美味しいですね(((o(*ﾟﾟ*)o))) 神奈川に住んでいた頃から食べていたので、昔を思い出しながら懐かしい気持ちで食べておりましたよ(*´∇｀*) トロロも美味しいし、ネギを海苔に巻いて食べても美味しかったです(((o(*ﾟﾟ*)o))) 途中でニンニク大量投入して食べると、それがまた深い味わいになります 麺や具を全部食べ終わり、備え付けの酢を入れながらスープを飲み干します この酢を入れながら飲むと、あっさりスープ飲めるのでオススメです そして、どんぶりを下げると、スープ飲み干すと「いい食べっぷりで！」と言われるので、言われたいが為に飲み干します。笑 そこで返す言葉が、「励みになります！美味しかったです」と伝えると、美味しいに対して「励みになります」と返ってきますよ そこまでの掛け合いが、壱発ラーメンに行くとのワンセットだと思っています。笑 ってなわけで、 壱発ラーメン 福生店、満足で美味しかったです ご馳走さまでした(*´꒳`*) I was hungry so I went to Fussa area and decided to go to Ichiban Ramen for the first time in a while (・∀・). It was around 10pm but it was almost full. I was lucky enough to eat without having to wait in line (o^^o) I bought a meal ticket from the ticket machine right after I entered. After thinking about it, I decided on the one at the top left of the ticket machine, Negitoro Char Siu Ramen Soy Sauce (¥1,200) (°°) I handed over the meal ticket and waited in anticipation for it to arrive (°°). The kitchen was right in front of me so I never got bored of watching the process of making it (о´∀`о). I watched with a smile. lol Then, the bowl was brought to my seat ️. I was so excited when the waiter said, "A flower blooming in the bowl, the char siu is in full bloom (´∀｀)" (*≧∀≦*). It's the best () First, I took a sip of the soup... It's so good (((o(*ﾟﾟ*)o))). I've been eating this since I lived in Kanagawa, so I ate it with a nostalgic feeling, remembering the old days (*´∇｀*) The grated yam was delicious, and it was also delicious when I wrapped the green onions in seaweed (((o(*ﾟﾟ*)o))). If you add a lot of garlic halfway through, it gives it a deeper flavor After finishing all the noodles and toppings, I pour in the vinegar provided and drink the soup. I recommend drinking the soup while adding this vinegar, as it makes the soup light ️ Then, when I put the bowl down, I was told, "You're eating well!", so I drank it all because I wanted to be told that. lol. If you say "That's encouraging! It was delicious," they'll respond with "That's encouraging" in response to "It's delicious". I think that kind of exchange is a part of going to Ippatsu Ramen. lol So,. Ippatsu Ramen Fussa store was satisfying and delicious. Thank you for the meal(*´꒳`*).
