Wow! Served not one, but two separate dishes stone cold - Japanese curry and rice and karaage chicken . asked if this was normal and a less than enthusiastic worker casually said ‘No’ , took the dish and put in the microwave. No apology but handed me a timer. Clearly customer service is not part of Ippudo Ramen’s training schedule. The food was inedible - especially after seeing the workers’ finger inside the bowl. I have to wonder what other bowls her finger has been in, given the food presented was destined for the toilet. Yuck. Never again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ippudo Ramen at T1 is a satisfying place to have a proper meal before a flight. The ramen broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles had a good texture that made the bowl really comforting. The pork slices were tender, and the overall portion was filling without feeling too heavy. The restaurant has a clean and modern setup, and the service was efficient, which is great when you’re traveling and short on time.
