After my experience at their Hua Hin location, I honestly feel like I need to say something about the Bangkok branch as well – because now I see things very differently. I used to like this place in Bangkok and had good memories there, which is exactly why I chose to celebrate my birthday at their Hua Hin location. But after how I was treated there, it became very clear that the issue is not just one location – it’s the people behind it. The owners are extremely unpleasant, arrogant, and have zero sense of how to treat customers. What I experienced was not just “bad service” – it was a pattern of disrespect, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. Looking back, I now realize that the attitude was probably always there, I just didn’t notice it as much before. But after being treated so poorly – argued with, disrespected, and basically blamed for their own mistakes – it’s obvious that this is how they operate. Instead of taking responsibility, they make excuses, twist situations, and try to make customers feel like they are the problem. That kind of behavior doesn’t come from nowhere – it reflects the mindset of the owners. So even if you might have a decent experience at first, don’t be fooled. The moment something goes wrong, you will likely see their true colors. After everything that happened, I would never support this business again – not in Hua Hin, and not in Bangkok. The pizza it doesn’t look like fresh because when they brought it to me it is not very hot direct I started to eat, But usually pizza it is very hot and you should wait until the pizza a little cool down. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Both of our pizzas were served cold. Not even room temperature. Will take it home and maybe it will be better heated. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
