At Island Bites, we deeply respect vegan, Rastafarian, religious, and dietary choices, and we take this matter very seriously. After reviewing the situation with our team, we discovered there was a misunderstanding between the order taken and the kitchen preparation. This was our mistake, and we are truly sorry. As soon as the issue was brought to our attention, our team immediately offered to replace the meal and correct the order properly. We understand and respect your decision to decline, especially considering how upsetting the experience was. The vegan curry should never have contained any animal product, and we fully understand the concern this creates regarding trust and food handling.
