野菜たっぷりでヘルシー！ 須賀川で見つけた絶品お魚ランチ「Issyou Asil」 須賀川市の「Issyou Asil」さんで、お魚のランチをいただきました。一皿の中に野菜がたくさん盛り付けられていて、とてもヘルシーで彩り鮮やか！ 驚いたのはその仕掛けです。たっぷり敷かれた野菜の上に、すったポテト、さらにその上にお魚のソテーが乗せられていて、食感の重なりが絶妙でした。そして何より、全体をまとめるソースがとてもうまい！スープとライスも付いていて、満足感もしっかりあります。 素材の良さを引き立てる繊細な味付けに、店主のこだわりを感じる一皿でした。体に優しいものを、おしゃれに、美味しく食べたい時にぴったりなお店です。また伺いたいと思います！ （English） Healthy and Delicious Fish Lunch! Plenty of Veggies at Issyou Asil I had the fish lunch at "Issyou Asil" in Sukagawa City. The plate was filled with plenty of vegetables, making it colorful and very healthy! I was impressed by the presentation: a generous bed of vegetables, topped with grated potato, and a perfectly sautéed fish on top. The combination of textures was superb, and above all, the sauce was incredibly delicious! The meal also came with soup and rice, making it a satisfying lunch. The delicate flavors highlighted the quality of the ingredients, showing the chef's dedication. It's the perfect spot when you want a stylish, healthy, and tasty meal.
