Amazing Turkish food and great hospitality in Koh Samui! The flavors felt authentic and reminded me of home. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the visit. Everything was fresh, delicious, and perfectly cooked. Definitely one of the best places to eat if you are looking for real Turkish cuisine in Samui. Highly recommended! I had a wonderful dining experience at İstanbul MasterChef Restaurant in Chaweng. For starters, I enjoyed menemen, which was perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. My main dish was İskender, and it was absolutely delicious—tender meat with rich sauce over soft bread, truly authentic and satisfying. To complete the meal, I had black tea, which was the perfect finish. The food was fresh, authentic, and full of taste. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for real Turkish cuisine in Koh Samui! Price per person: ฿400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
