Outlet seemed to be very understaffed. Waited in line for about 10 minutes even though there were multiple empty tables. Staff didn’t even bother coming to apologise for the wait / ask me to give the some time, they just walked past me multiple times like I was invisible. Service: 1

Visited at 1.02pm, not peak. Disappointing when you have to wait up to 20mins for your meal to arrive and the chefs are not even that busy (they were cleaning stuff, looking around etc). Ordered 3 dishes. Only 2 came within the next 30mins. I had to cancel the 3rd one coz they haven't even started preparing. When feedback at the counter, the staff just casually brushed it off as 'short of manpower'. Walked out feeling extremely unsatisfied and super hungry. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: SGD 20–30

Their trainee; Ms Xhui Fan was polite and conscientious at her work and service Overall staff team is great It was my 1st visit to this Itacho Sushi location at Bugis Junction. Ordered before 5pm and good discounts offered too. Ate the Take Bento, Deep Fried Softshell Crap, Deep Fried Salmon head with Black Vinegar sauce, 3 pcs/set of Sashimi, a Chocolate Ice Cream Monaka and Hot Green Tea which is refillable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 30–40
