A wonderful little Italian coffee spot that truly feels authentic. The coffee was excellent , rich, aromatic, and beautifully balanced without being overly bitter. What made the experience even more memorable was seeing the interesting coffee machines they use. You can really tell they take pride in the craft and preparation of every cup. However, the coffee art needs to improve. The menu also looked very tempting, especially the gelato and affogato, which many people seemed to be enjoying while I was there. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it a great place to slow down and enjoy coffee properly, Italian style. Service was friendly and welcoming, and the staff seemed passionate about what they do. It’s always nice finding a place that focuses on both quality coffee and the overall experience. I’ll definitely return again to try more items from the menu next time. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates good Italian coffee and a cosy café atmosphere. Chanced upon this Italian coffee place while walking past the big short(a super popular coffee place, overhyped imo). Saw the menu and thought it was interesting. Not the usual stuff you normally see. Had the cold foam lavender cappuccino($8). It’s a cold drink in case you are wondering. First time trying lavender foam and I have to say it’s pretty refreshing. The coffee below the foam tastes good as well! Really surprising find for me. I will gladly choose this place over big short anytime.. Meal type: Other Price per person: SGD 1–10

Really happy to have the Lab here in Joo Chiat. I frequent this area, and have always been looking for proper coffee. Glad to have this as part of the offerings. Really good quality coffee Italian style. Not the cafe chain type, just really real and really authentic. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
