If you have Italok on your Tainan saved list, keep it there and go. I visited based on the online reputation, and it is 100% deserving of the praise. Wesley, the owner, is the highlight for sure. He puts a lot of effort into and is skilled at what he does, while also being warm and welcoming. We had a great conversation, and I appreciated learning a bit about his background. As for the tea, I had my first-ever red tea base here, and it set the bar very high. This isn't a generic tea shop; it’s a place with heart. Rooting for Wesley and Italok to keep growing!
