Complete mess. Looks nice from the outside, but badly managed and poorly maintained. Dirty tables and floors. Aircon unit drips onto the table and food during the meal. I tried ordering through the QR code system, because apparently ordering from an actual person is too much effort these days. It would not let me complete the order unless I added an additional paid drink with my food. Pushy and designed to force extra purchases. I had to order manually instead. The staff then spent several minutes flipping through a physical menu that appeared to differ from the digital one, repeatedly pointing to the wrong dish before we eventually figured it out. Even then, I’m not convinced the order was correct. The dish that arrived looked completely different from what I ordered. What did arrive was awful. The sauce tasted artificial, with the greasy processed flavour of a cheap instant cheese sauce poured over pasta. It also arrived suspiciously quick. Roughly half the dishes on the app were marked as sold out, which made the menu feel strangely limited to begin with. Staff themselves were generally polite, my issue is with how poorly the place is run. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch
